Zachary was born only child to a middle class family, he knew from a young age about the fights they would be forced to play in when older, and he always disliked the idea having to hit and hurt people he might like or know. School didn’t seem like much of a problem, he was always on time (no wonder since he was able to transport in at the right time) and became very lay back thanks to his power. He was too lazy to get up to get to the fridge, misused his power until his parents made a note about it. Until the last of his schooldays, Zachary always fought for his own rights, he read the constitution and old history books about the rights of men, and concluded that he as well, like all those in the town, had the right to be free and move anywhere he wanted. Truth was they never could go behind the walls. When he graduated, he left all his rebel and lazy days behind to move out to an apartment of his own, taking a job as a help at a bowling alley, using his spare time to paint and make statues based on surrealism, a style he had begun to love after a time of small depressions. His father died during a work accident when he was seventeen, and his mother has always tried to keep him close and allow him to make his own mistakes, which he does a lot.
He’s still a lazy kid, trying to get away with the easiest tasks at his job, and teleporting rather than walking ten minutes to his work. He has a trouble talking to most people, since he dares not to connect, afraid that he might end up fighting them after all. He doesn’t do the fighting for his own fun, but has always kept his power well-trained and his body in shape. He easily takes on bad habits when adjusted to them, like smoking or cursing, though he has no trouble quitting when it seems like a right time for, like when he’s short of money. He dislikes people who try and mix themselves with his business, including his mother.
